Caloroso Café was born out of a passion for great coffee and a desire to extend world class coffee where average is considered good enough. Not content with the product of many commercial roasters we only use specialty beans freshly roasted by one of South Africa’s premier roasters.

While many places offer coffee, here at Caloroso it is our main focus which is why George’s first dedicated espresso bar stands centre stage in the shop and where every rich espresso is pulled from only freshly ground beans by our artisan barista. So whether it is regular or decaf you know that every cup will happily compare with the best, not only in South Africa but anywhere around the world.

While Caloroso is all about great coffee (we serve some of the best in the Garden Route) we love you to eat well too and expect that our menu of light meals lives up to the standard of our coffee. While you are welcome to a snack, at Caloroso you should never feel compelled to anything more than a fine cup of coffee.
